Is Mint good for you?

Mint also known as pudina, has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food. Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomach or indigestion. Mint leaves are a tender herb that have gentle stems and are best used raw or added at the end of cooking in order to maintain their delicate flavor and texture. If a person is suffering from headache or pain , chewing some mint leaves could be just as effective as conventional pain relievers.
