Drinking lemon water every morning

As we all know that lemon is a rich source of Vitamin C, an essential nutrient that protects the body against immune system deficiencies. The digestive qualities of lemon juice help to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn,bloating etc. It helps to flush out the unwanted materials from body because it increase the rate of urination in the body. Drinking lemon water regularly can help to remove overall acidity in the body, including uric acid in the joints, which is one of the primary causes of pain and inflammation. It helps decreases wrinkles and blemishes and help to combat free radical damage. It can also help to reduce anxiety and depression. If the person is having some kind of stress and injury, it can be helpful in recovery. Person who are very hungry in nature, they must drink warm lemon water to reduce their weight.
