HEALTHY SOLUTIONS TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGES

People now a days are getting so much obsessed about their weight and diets. But due to fast moving lives, they find it difficult to keep an eye on what they eat, drink or what they do. Eating and drinking habits play vital role in weight gaining and weight loss along with physical activities. I know a lot of people who try to keep themselves busy so that they wouldn’t have to eat again and again but due to poor physical activities, they keep on gaining weight. So weight loss is not all about eating or not eating, you have to move your butt also. One must learn healthy solutions to weight loss challenges. Majority of the people are running towards fat diets that quickly show results and when you google best weight lose diets you will get millions of results and still cannot get to find the best. Because there isn’t any available in the market. Best diet is not about eating similar food again and again and completely cutting of the carbs but eating healthy. Some diets available on the internet will say go for protein diet. While others say cut carbs and sugar completely. Some will say regulate carbs and control gluten level and some will give you a lot of drink recipes saying this will help you shed more than 10 pounds in a week, which is absolutely unhealthy. The best solution to shed pounds is eat 5 times a day with 3 regular meals and 2 snacks. Have good healthy breakfast with a lot of proteins packed so that you will be able to work throughout the day and will burn more calories. Avoid taking too much sugar in the breakfast. Go snacking on fruits, 2 hours after breakfast. Try to take whole wheat bread in lunch along with a lot of green veggie salad with 1 tsp. of olive oil. Go snacking on nuts and green tea 2 hours after lunch. Again take whole wheat bread, baked chicken, fish, lean meat or anything lesser in calories at dinner. Try to have dinner at 8 or 9 pm and don’t eat 4 hours before going to bed and have a cup of green tea before going to bed.
