Healthy Mango Shake

Mango shake is highly beneficial in gaining weight because of presence of bulk amount of protein in mango and milk. If the person wants to gain some weight, he or she must drink mango shake on a daily basis but the obese person should avoid drinking of mango shake. Mango shake is filled with important nutrients like iron, protein etc so it is good for anemia patient and those who have protein deficiency. Regular drinking of one glass of mango shake is enough to provide necessary amount of iron to the body. Milk which is an integral part of mango shake is having vitamin D and calcium which helps in strengthening the bones.
